Jolly Muddyfoot's Cheesey Bread (continued):
Ingredients:
- 1 Loaf of Ilithiel bread:ensp;(some Big Folks call it: Italian Bread).
- ¾ Stick of butter
- Camembert cheese (you can substitute brie, mozzarella, or any other soft cheese)
**NOTE** Make sure you remove the rind.
Preparation:
- Preheat oven to 400°f.
- Cut the Bread into ½ - ¾ inch thick slices.
- Melt the butter and brush it evenly over the top of the bread slices.
- Cut the cheese into pieces and put on top of the buttered bread slices.
- Place the bread slices in the oven (on a cookie pan or aluminum foil) and bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
- Take it out and serve hot!!!
