Fire Bread (continued):

Smear with butter, and coat with the sugar/spice mix.  Roll it up into a log, slice it, and lay out spirals of dough on an edged pan of some sort.  Bake at 350°f until they look done.

Feed the resulting cinnamon rolls to all the dwarves in the household.
