Chocolate Ice Sandwiches (continued):
Preparation:
- Chop wafer bars up finely.
- Spoon the whipped topping into a large bowl.
- Gently fold the liqueur and syrup into the whipped topping (mixing it all together).
- Stir in ½ of the chopped wafer bars.
- Cut the Ice Cream Sandwiches in half (so that you will have a top half and a bottom half).
- Arrange the Ice Cream Sandwishes in a baking dish.
- Spread the topping on top of the Ice Cream Sandwich halves.
- Sprinkle the remaining cookie wafers on top.
- Freeze the sandwiches 2 hours (until firm).

Cookies & Cream Parfaits

Ingredients:
- ¼ Cup of light chocolate syrup (Hershey's works fine)
- 1 Tbsp of Kahlua or Bailey's Irish Cream (both if you are feeling froggy!)
- 1 Cup of chocolate low-fat ice cream
- 1 Cup of vanilla low-fat ice cream
- 4 Oreo cookies, crushed (Dwarves take out your hammers and smash-up the Oreos good!)
- 1 Cup of coffee flavored low-fat ice cream
- 4 Parfait glasses
Preparation:
- Combine the chocolate syrup and liqueur in a small bowl and mix them up.
- Place an even amount of the chocolate and vanilla ice creams in each parfait glass.
- Drizzle 1½ tsp of the syrup mixture onto each.
- Take about 2 smashed up oreo cookies (half of your total) and sprinkle those on the ice cream in the parfait glasses.
- Spoon an even amount of the coffee flavored ice cream into each parfait glass (using it all up).
- Sprinkle the rest of the Orea cookies over the top.
- Top it all off with the left over syrup.
- Don't be a sluggard! Serve immediately!!!
