The Ice-Men of Forochel somehow heard about our plight and sent word that they could teach me (Jolly Muddyfoot) how to make a dessert so chocolatilly delectable that no hobbit (man, elf, or dwarf for that matter) could turn down a first, a second, or even a third helping!  Naturally, with the prospects of getting a free dessert or three I gathered my things and braved the wilds for this gem!

The Chocolate Ice Sandwich is what the Ice-Men called it.  And let me tell you; once I tried it I wholeheartedly agreed with them about how delectable it was, and that I wanted seconds, thirds, fourths and fifths even!

Chocolate Ice Sandwiches

Ingredients:

• 1 - 8 ounce Container of Frozen Fat-Free Whipped Topping
• 2 Tbsp of chocolate/coffee flavored Liqueur (Kahlua works great!)
• 2 Tbsp of chocolate syrup
• 7 ounces reduced fat triple chocolate wafer bars (Hershey's Sweet Escapes are the best, Oreos work well too)
• 6 Ice Cream Sandwiches
